Learn more about Homer Electric's member programs and services:

Easy Pay Online - Now you can look up your account, view your bill/usage history, and pay your bill with a credit card online. Fast, convenient, and around-the-clock accessibility to your account! *First time users: please contact a Homer Electric office for an access password.  Online payment services are unavailable daily from 10:30 p.m.-midnight (AST) for routine scheduled maintenance.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Connects & Disconnects by Phone- Moving in or out of your home?  Just call us with the current meter reading and meter number and we can connect or disconnect your account over the phone.

Easy Bill Paying- Did you know that Wells Fargo in Homer, Soldotna, and Kenai accepts direct payments for your HEA bills?  To use this convenient payment option, simply provide the Wells Fargo bank teller with your current HEA bill stub when making your payment.   Payments made at Wells Fargo will be posted the following business day.

Electronic Bank Draft- Sign up for this program and HEA will automatically deduct your bill from your designated bank account each month -- no checks to write and no payments to submit.  It's that simple.  To enroll:

Levelized Billing-Simplify your bill paying and even out your electric payments.  Enroll in HEA's Levelized Billing option which averages your 12-month electric usage to calculate your monthly payment.  This helps eliminate the high and low billing estimates due to seasonal fluctuations.

Programs

Line of Credit Program
- With HEA's low-interest Line of Credit program, you can purchase electric appliances and weatherization materials up to $5,000.  Choose from 6 to 36-month payment terms upon approved credit.  Simply obtain a price quote from a local vendor and bring it into your nearest HEA office.  See our Line of Credit Information page for a listing of eligible merchandise and more details.

Annual Pay Discount- HEA offers a $25 discount if you pay your electric bill a year in advance. The amount is based on your previous year’s usage, which a member service representative can provide for you. Call today for more details.

Energy Efficiency Program-The Energy Efficiency Program will help you identify methods for saving energy within your home or business.

Interconnection Program-HEA has established basic requirements for member-owned interconnections.  Please click here for more information on this program.
