Each year Homer Electric Association sponsors two students to participate in the annual Youth Rally Contest held in Caldwell, Idaho.  Students practice leadership, teamwork and communication skills while learning about electric utility issues. It is also an opportunity to travel, meet a diversity of students, and make lifelong friends.
