Qualified applicants will be notified when the position for which they applied has been filled. Applications for qualified applicants will be retained for 12 months following the successful filling of a position.
In order to be consider qualified, Homer Electric Association, Inc. requires all candidates to hold a high school diploma or equivalent. There may be additional education, apprenticeship or experience requirements based on the position. Most positions require the candidate to be eligible for a current Alaska Driver’s License. If it is determined that a candidate does not meet the minimum requirements of the position, the applicant will be notified and the application will not be retained.
