WORKING AT HEA

Thank you for your interest in employment with Homer Electric Association, Inc. (HEA). HEA is an electric generation, transmission and distribution cooperative serving the Kenai Peninsula. HEA employs approximately 140 employees across two service centers and a number of power generation facilities that include combustion turbine, combined cycle, hydro-electric and emergency generation. We cover a broad area with nearly 34,000 meters spanning a 3,166 square mile service area.
