The Board of Directors’ (BOD) meetings for Homer Electric Association, Inc. (HEA) typically occur on the second Tuesday of each month, except for January and March is the third Tuesday, or unless otherwise noted.
Alaska Electric & Energy Cooperative, Inc. (AEEC) meetings are held immediately following HEA BOD meetings on a quarterly basis (February, May, June-Annual Meeting, August, November, and December). Meetings are open to the public.
