HEA’s member services “Easy Pay” portal allows you access to your account 24 hours a day…7 days a week…365 days a year.
You can make payments, view past bills and payments, create alerts and reminders, update your account information (mailing address & phone numbers), set up credit card draft, bank draft or auto pay, enter meter reading and more.
If you are wanting to log-in to HEA Easy Pay for the first time, contact HEA and we will set your password.
If you do not know your password or have forgotten your password, click Forget Password from the “Easy Pay” login screen. If you are not able to retrieve your password, contact HEA and will assist you.
Your account number is printed on your bill. You must enter this number or your user ID to access information on this site. If your account number includes a “-“, it should be removed. For example, if the account number on your bill is 12345-001, you should enter either 12345 or 12345001 in the account number field.
