Our Easy Pay portal offers full access to your account any time. With one easy login, you can:
- Make payments (credit card or e-check)
- View past bills and payments
- Create alerts and reminders
- Update your account information (mailing address & phone numbers)
- Set up credit card draft, bank draft, or auto-pay
- Enter meter readings
Instructions for New Users
We try to keep the sign-up as easy as possible. Just follow these three instructions:
- Visit the “Easy Pay” New User page
- You will need a valid email address, the last 4 digits of your phone number, and your account number. That number is printed on your bill. Please omit any hyphens. For example, if your account number is: 12345-001, you should enter 12345001.
- Create a New User ID and password (instructions will guide you through the process)
