Autopay Recurring Bank Draft
To sign up, you can either call the HEA office or visit in person with a voided check. Alternatively, you can download an application form (PDF) and mail it to the office.
Autopay Recurring Credit Card
You may choose to have your payments automatically charged to your credit card on the scheduled draft date. Call our office to set up this service.
Budget Billing
Simplify your bill paying and even out your electric payments with Budget Billing. Your budget bill is based on your 12-month average. So, you’ll pay the same amount each month. Enrollment times are limited to March, April, or May. Please contact one of our offices for more information.
