Self-Read Meter Reading Online Submission

The procedure to submit your self-read meter reading has been revised to provide our members a quicker, more accurate way to submit meter readings.

Please click the Submit Meter Reading button below and follow the steps as set out below.  For your convenience, download the Meter Read Log to keep track of the reads submitted.

1.  Click the link below that will take you to the EasyPay Online Billing Information page.

2.  Click on Customer Login; enter your account number and password (if you have not been issued a password contact the office for your temporary password).

3.  Checkmark the account for which the meter reading is to be entered.

4.  Click the "Submit Meter Reading" button on the menu at the left side of the page.

5.  Enter the reading and click on "Submit"
