Brad Janorschke, General Manager
Homer Electric Association is managed by General Manager Brad Janorschke.  Brad coordinates the functions of the Association as required to achieve the strategic goals and objectives established by the Board of Directors.

Larry Jorgensen, Director of Power, Fuels and Dispatch
As HEA’s Director of Power, Fuels and Dispatch, Larry Jorgensen manages and directs the operation and maintenance of HEA’s generation facilities.

Jon Cress, Director of Operations
Managing the distribution system construction and maintenance operations, and fleet management functions is Jon Cress who coordinates with the distribution engineering department to achieve the goals and objectives of the Cooperative.

Bruce Shelley, Director of Member Relations
Bruce Shelley,  Homer Electric Association’s Director of Member Relations coordinates various member service activities as well as special events including the annual meeting of the members, youth outreach programs, regional meetings and Member Appreciation Days. Bruce is also the liaison for HEA legislative affairs and key accounts program.

Sheri Gower, Director of Administrative Services
Homer Electric Association’s Director of Administrative Services, Sheri Gower, coordinates a range of administrative services such as personnel administration, purchasing and materials management, project contract administration, policy development and records management.

Emily Hutchison, Director of Finance & Regulatory Affairs
Emily Hutchison is Homer Electric’s Director of Finance who manages the Association’s regulatory, financial and information services affairs of the Association consistent with the policies, procedures, practices, rules and regulations, and philosophies as specified by the Board of Directors and the General Manager.

Mark Peery, Director of Engineering
The Director of Engineering, Mark Peery, provides leadership for both transmission and distribution engineering functions of the Cooperative system-wide consistent with the policies, procedures, practices, rules and regulations, and philosophies as specified by the Board of Directors and the General Manager.
