Brad Janorschke | General Manager

Homer Electric Association is managed by General Manager Brad Janorschke. Brad coordinates the functions of the Association as required to achieve the strategic goals and objectives established by the Board of Directors.

Keriann Baker | Chief Strategy Officer

Keriann Baker, HEA’s Chief Strategy Officer is responsible for leading our corporate vision and strategy, overseeing and leading our long-term strategic initiatives, external and governmental affairs efforts, and managing partnerships with key local, state and national stakeholders.

Sheri Gower | Chief Administrative Officer

Homer Electric Association’s Chief Administrative Officer, Sheri Gower, coordinates a range of administrative services such as personnel administration, purchasing and materials management, project contract administration, policy development and records management.

Sarah Lambe | Chief Financial Officer

Sarah Lambe is Homer Electric’s Chief Financial Officer who manages the Association’s regulatory, financial and information services affairs of the Association consistent with the policies, procedures, practices, rules and regulations, and philosophies as specified by the Board of Directors and the General Manager.

Larry Jorgensen | Chief Power Production Officer

As HEA’s Chief Power Production Officer, Larry Jorgensen manages and directs the operation and maintenance of HEA’s generation facilities.

John Jungling | Chief Technology Officer

As the Cooperative’s Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) Senior Manager, as defined in the Alaska Railbelt CIP (AK-CIP) standards and HEA’s Chief Technology Officer, John directs & manages these functions consistent with the policies, procedures, practices, rules and regulations, and philosophies as specified by the Cooperative’s Board of Directors and the General Manager. Mr. Jungling is also responsible to ensure compliance with all applicable state and/or Federal CIP standards and regulations.

Rob Montgomery | Chief Operating Officer

Rob Montgomery serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Homer Electric Association, where he provides oversight for essential departments including Engineering, Operations, and Member Services. His pivotal role is instrumental in maintaining the efficiency of our cooperative’s operations and ensuring the seamless delivery of services to our members. With his extensive experience and strong leadership, Rob plays a vital part in ensuring that our community stays illuminated and our members remain well-connected.
