HEA offices are closed on Thursday, December 24 and Friday, December 25, 2026, for the Christmas Holiday. Offices will reopen on Monday, December 28, with regular hours. Crews are ready and on call in the event of an unplanned outage. Business can still be conducted online, through our automated phone system, or at any of our payment drop boxes.
