HEA offices are closed on Thursday, December 31 and Friday, January 1, 2027, for the New Year Holiday. Offices will reopen on Monday, January 4, with regular hours. Crews are ready and on call in the event of an unplanned outage. Business can still be conducted online, through our automated phone system, or at any of our payment drop boxes.
