In observance of Presidents' Day, HEA offices will be closed on Monday, February 16, 2026. Offices will reopen with regular business hours on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.
Crews are ready and on call in the event of an unplanned outage. Business can still be conducted online, through our automated phone system, or at any of our payment drop boxes.
