In observance of Seward's Day, HEA offices are closed on Monday, March 30, 2026. Offices will reopen on Tuesday, March 31, with regular hours. Crews are ready and on call in the event of an unplanned outage. Business can still be conducted online, through our automated phone system, or at any of our payment drop boxes.
