In observance of Thanksgiving, HEA offices are closed on Thursday, November 26 and Friday, November 27, 2026. Offices will reopen on Monday, November 30, with regular hours. Crews are ready and on call in the event of an unplanned outage. Business can still be conducted online, through our automated phone system, or at any of our payment drop boxes.
