What is the EV Charger Rebate?
Homer Electric Association offers a $250 rebate for the installation of a residential electric vehicle charger at an HEA member service location. The rebate will be applied in the form of a credit on the member’s HEA account.
What are the requirements for the EV Charger Rebate?
- Applicant must be an active HEA member.
- Charger must be installed at the HEA service address listed on the account.
- A copy of the purchase receipt and a photo of the installed charger are required.
- Rebate will be issued as a $250 credit to the member’s HEA account.
- Limit one rebate per service location.
What all do I need to apply for the EV Charger Rebate?

- Purchase receipt attached.
- Installation photo attached.
