HEA’s member services “Easy Pay” portal allows you access to your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
You can make payments, view past bills and payments, create alerts and reminders, update your account information (mailing address & phone numbers), set up credit card draft, bank draft or auto-pay, enter meter reading and more.
Creating a User ID and Password for New Users:
Visit the “Easy Pay” New User page. From there, you will need to create a User ID and password; online instructions will lead you through the process. To get started, you will need your account number, a valid email address, a home or mobile phone number and the last four digits of your social security number. If you need assistance, contact HEA and we will assist you.
Your account number is printed on your bill. You must enter this number or your user ID to access information on this site. If your account number includes a “-“, it should be removed. For example, if the account number on your bill is 12345-001, you should enter either 12345 or 12345001 in the account number field.
