HEA’s member services “Easy Pay” portal allows you access to your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
You can make payments, view past bills and payments, create alerts and reminders, update your account information (mailing address & phone numbers), set up credit card draft, bank draft or auto-pay, enter meter reading and more.
Creating a User ID and Password for New Users:
Visit the “Easy Pay” New User page. From there, you will need to create an alphanumeric New User ID and password; online instructions will lead you through the process. To get started, you will need your account number, a valid email address, and the last 4 digits of your home or mobile phone number. Passwords must me a minimum of 10 characters long with a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. If you need assistance, contact HEA and we will assist you.
Your account number is printed on your bill. You must enter this number or your user ID to access information on this site. For example, if the account number on your bill is 12345-001, you should enter 12345001 in the account number field.
