The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) will be offering assistance to homeowners experiencing financial hardships due to the COVID-19 pandemic. AHFC may be able to help with mortgage payments, property taxes, utilities, insurance premiums and homeowner association dues. Pre-registration begins February 28 – March 13, 2022. Payment Arrangements

If you are having difficulty paying your electric bill, we may be able to work out a payment arrangement. Also, if a payment arrangement is in place prior to a past due amount billing, you will not be charged a late fee. Call or visit one of our offices and ask for help.
