Board of Directors
Home Electric Association is an electric cooperative and we are governed by 9 member-elected directors. Each director is a co-op member and consumer of our electric service. Homer Electric Association’s service territory is divided into 3 geographic districts, with 3 board members serving from the district in which they are residents. View our Board District Map (PDF).
The board is responsible for setting, reviewing, and revising policy that allows the General Manager and the management staff to carry out the day-to-day operation of the co-op. They hold meetings on the second Tuesday of each month (except January and March, which is held on the third Tuesday).
