What to Expect
- Leadership Building: Spend a week at the beautiful campus of Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho, immersing yourself in leadership workshops and educational activities designed to hone your leadership abilities.
- Industry Insights: Gain a deeper understanding of the electric utility industry and explore its various facets, opening doors to potential future career opportunities.
- Fun and Learning: Participate in a range of exciting activities that promote teamwork, perseverance, and personal growth while having a great time with like-minded students from across the region.
- Community Engagement: Learn about important social issues, including government, drug and alcohol awareness, and how the electrical/energy industry impacts our communities.

Eligibility
To be eligible for this fantastic opportunity, you must:
- Be a qualified sophomore or junior in high school
- Have a parent or guardian who is a current member of HEA
- Be available for a brief interview (interview schedules will be coordinated with applicants or high schools)
