We are excited to introduce you to the ICUA Youth Rally, an extraordinary opportunity for sophomores or juniors in high school! Don’t miss your chance to hone your leadership skills, connect with peers from across the region, and embark on a memorable journey of personal growth and discovery. Join us at the ICUA Youth Rally and take the first step towards a brighter future!

What to Expect

  • Leadership Building: Spend a week at the beautiful campus of Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho, immersing yourself in leadership workshops and educational activities designed to hone your leadership abilities.
  • Industry Insights: Gain a deeper understanding of the electric utility industry and explore its various facets, opening doors to potential future career opportunities.
  • Fun and Learning: Participate in a range of exciting activities that promote teamwork, perseverance, and personal growth while having a great time with like-minded students from across the region.
  • Community Engagement: Learn about important social issues, including government, drug and alcohol awareness, and how the electrical/energy industry impacts our communities.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this fantastic opportunity, you must:

  • Be a qualified sophomore or junior in high school
  • Have a parent or guardian who is a current member of HEA
  • Be available for a brief interview (interview schedules will be coordinated with applicants or high schools)
