Brad Janorschke | General Manager

Homer Electric Association is managed by General Manager Brad Janorschke. Brad coordinates the functions of the Association as required to achieve the strategic goals and objectives established by the Board of Directors.

Keriann Baker | Director of Member Relations

Keriann Baker, HEA’s Director of Member Relations, coordinates various member service activities as well as special events including the annual meeting of the members, youth outreach programs, regional meetings and Member Appreciation Days. Keriann is also the liaison for HEA legislative affairs and key accounts program.

Steve Cannon | Director of Operations

Managing the distribution system construction and maintenance operations, and fleet management functions is Steve Cannon who coordinates with the distribution engineering department to achieve the goals and objectives of the Cooperative.

Sheri Gower | Director of Administrative Services

Homer Electric Association’s Director of Administrative Services, Sheri Gower, coordinates a range of administrative services such as personnel administration, purchasing and materials management, project contract administration, policy development and records management.

Sarah Lambe | Director of Finance & Regulatory Affairs

Sarah Lambe is Homer Electric’s Director of Finance who manages the Association’s regulatory, financial and information services affairs of the Association consistent with the policies, procedures, practices, rules and regulations, and philosophies as specified by the Board of Directors and the General Manager.

Larry Jorgensen | Director of Power, Fuels and Dispatch

As HEA’s Director of Power, Fuels and Dispatch, Larry Jorgensen manages and directs the operation and maintenance of HEA’s generation facilities.

John Jungling | Director of Cyber Security and Communications 

As the Cooperative’s Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) Senior Manager, as defined in the Alaska Railbelt CIP (AK-CIP) standards and the Director of the Cooperative’s communications, SCADA, and information technology services, John directs & manages these functions consistent with the policies, procedures, practices, rules and regulations, and philosophies as specified by the Cooperative’s Board of Directors and the General Manager. John is also responsible to ensure compliance with all applicable state and/or Federal CIP standards and regulations.

Brad Zubeck | Director of Engineering

The Director of Engineering, Brad Zubeck, provides leadership for distribution planning and engineering functions of the Cooperative system-wide consistent with the policies, procedures, practices, rules and regulations, and philosophies as specified by the Cooperative’s Board of Directors and the General Manager.
