Remittance Address Change Effective May 24, 2024
Remittance information on the HEA coupon will change starting May 24, 2024. During the transition period from May 24 to June 3, in-transit mail will be delivered overnight to Charlotte, North Carolina. The move to the new site is due to the higher capacity of the Charlotte facility, which allows for payments to be retrieved multiple times per day.
