Homer Electric Association, Inc. (HEA) invites the public to submit sealed bids, online, for the purchase of real property starting July 8, 2025. All sealed bids must be submitted online by 5:00 p.m. AKST on Monday, August 11, 2025. If no acceptable bids are received by the deadline, then HEA may extend the time period to submit a bid. Interested parties can find additional information about the properties available for purchase in the Invitation to Bid Packet at: 2025.07.24-Invitation-to-Bid-Packet-1.pdf, by reviewing the HEA property file for the relevant property or by submitting questions in writing to PropertyBid@HomerElectric.com.
For a bid to be complete and responsive, the bidder must register by completing a single Bidder Registration Form and submitting a completed Real Property Bid Form for each property they are bidding on. All registered bidders will receive access to backup files pertaining to the property or properties for which they have registered within one business day of submitting the Bidder Registration Form and selecting the properties of interest. Additionally, registered bidders may receive an addendum via email providing additional information for certain properties, if appropriate.

HEA reserves the absolute right to reject any or all proposals, may waive any or all informalities or irregularities, and may permit the correction of errors or omissions in responses.
