To ensure the health and safety of our members and employees, Homer Electric Association is planning a virtual meeting format. This event is free and open to all HEA members. We will announce the results of the HEA Board of Directors election for each of HEA’s three districts earlier in the day and acknowledge the newly elected board members at the meeting.
Join us virtually on Thursday, May 6, 2021, with registration instructions below. By registering and joining the virtual annual meeting, you will be eligible to win several energy credit drawings! The virtual business meeting will begin at 6:00 PM.
The HEA Board of Directors’ election ballots were mailed on April 5, 2021, to HEA members. This year’s election will be conducted by mail-in ballot only. Election and candidate information can be found on HEA’s Elections page.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Register by clicking the image above, or the link below and enter your name, contact information, and your HEA member number (found on your bill or on EasyPay). Please submit your member number when registering so you can participate in the meeting and be eligible for prizes. If you need assistance finding your member number, contact a member services representative prior to registering.
Once your registration has been validated and approved (approval could take up to one business day), you will receive an email with a link to join HEA’s virtual annual meeting beginning May 6 at 6:00 PM. If you do not provide your member number or do not wish to participate, you can view the live stream of the annual meeting on the HEA website once registration ends and the meeting begins.

Questions will be compiled and, to the extent possible, answered during the General Manager’s address to the membership during the virtual annual meeting.
